Policies 

Reception - Opening hours for reception are between 08:00 and 20:00. Please note, outside of normal hours the reception desk will be closed and customer service will be limited to emergency related matters only. For late arrivals please refer to "Check-In Time".

Check-In Time - Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00. Please note, a self check-in routine will be given to any guests arriving  at the property after 20:00. Details concerning self check-in will be sent at approximately 20:00 on the day of arrival if a guest is still due to check-in. 

 

Check-Out Time - Check-out is before 11:00.

Check-In Procedure - To check in guests are required to provide a valid ID document (Passport, Drivers License, or ID Card). Guests are also required to present a valid Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).​ The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if identification or a payment method cannot be presented.

 

Breakfast - A cooked breakfast buffet with a wide range of continental options is served daily between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Please check your Reservation Rate Plan to determine if your booking is either 'Room Only' or 'Including Breakfast'. 

 

Non-Refundable Price Plans - Bookings made under a Non-Refundable price plan are offered at a discount to Flexible Rates. Please be aware that Non-Refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Non-Refundable bookings will be fully charged to the registered payment card at the time of booking or within 28 days of the time of booking.
 

Payment - We accept the following types of payment: Cash, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Cancellations - Your Reservation Confirmation will contain the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

Smoking - The hotel is strictly Non-Smoking throughout. Should you smoke in your room our fire system will be activated. A fee of £250.00 will be charged to your registered payment card for undertaking a deep clean of your room due to smoking.

Housekeeping - Daily housekeeping is available to all guests. Please ensure that the 'Please Clean The Room' door sign is presented on the outside of the door before 12:00 midday. If the housekeeping door sign is not hung on the outside of the door then your room will not be serviced. 

Visitors - Outside visitors are permitted to visit the property between the hours of 08:00 & 21:00. Outside visitors are limited to 4 persons per room.

Pets - Unfortunately the hotel does not allow pets at this time.

Damages - Guests may be liable for any damage they cause to hotel property.
