Check-In Time

Check-in from 15:00.

 

Check-Out Time

Check-out before 11:00.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Please check your booking confirmation to determine if your booking is either 'Room Only' or 'Including Breakfast'. 

 

Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under a 'Non-Refundable' rate plan are offered at a discount to 'Flexible Rates'. Please be aware that Non-Refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Non-Refundable bookings will be fully charged to the payment card provided at the time of booking.

Free Cancellation Rates

In addition to non-refundable rate plans, the hotel offers a '72 hour free cancellation' policy on select rates.​ Where applicable, simply submit your online cancellation request at least 72 hours before 14:00 on your due check-in date and your reservation will be cancelled without charge or penalty. Any cancellations made later than 72 hours before check-in will be charged the full reservation amount.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Smoking

The hotel interior is strictly Non-Smoking throughout. Should you smoke in your room our fire system will be activated. A fee of £250.00 will be charged to your registered payment card for undertaking a deep clean of your room due to smoking.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is available to all guests until 14:00. Please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of your door if you prefer not to receive housekeeping.

Pets

Unfortunately the hotel does not allow pets to stay overnight at this time.

Damages

Guests may be liable for any damage they cause to hotel property. 

​

Noise

We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 23:00. If the hotel receives noise complaints, registered guests responsible for disruption may be liable for associated charges.
